    At All Valley Engineering Corporation, we are experienced in modifying distribution and transmission lines, substations with two (2) or three (3) feeder configuration for remote/automated operations and protective control and schemes. We have specific experience in the preparation of distribution and transmission engineering design packages, process evaluation for retrofitting existing facilities, testing procedures to test relay panels, safety evaluation during construction phase and install substation remote control and automation equipment. We have worked directly with the SMUD District engineers and maintenance support group for design projects and process evolution projects. Our experience comes from working with SMUD and other entities over the past years.
